In Beach Time the artist has recorded a daily routine, which might seem unusual to some people -  a group of women swimming, wearing veils. For those who might consider this impractical or un-modern, Krisna Murti says that the women in his video, are comfortable with the ritual, associating this new enjoyable activity with 'kungkum'  a traditional spiritual practice of immersing one's body in water.
